We are currently seeking a Vice President of Mid-Market Sales to lead our Salt Lake City office and manage a rapidly growing sales organization.

As the Vice President of Mid-Market Sales, you will be responsible for leading the Salt Lake City office and managing a sales organization of 70+ and growing. You will report to the SVP of Sales and work closely with the executive team to drive revenue growth and market share in the mid-market segment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Salt Lake City office and manage a sales organization of 70+ and growing with total office headcount ~120
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and market share goals in the mid-market segment
- Hire, train, and manage Director-level sales managers and individual contributors
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales results
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and retention
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute demand generation campaigns and programs
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and market share
- Ensure compliance with Verkada’s sales policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the technology industry, with a focus on mid-market sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment
- Experience managing a sales organization of 70+ and growing
- Experience managing Director-level sales managers and individual contributors
- Strong understanding of cloud-based software and SaaS business models
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
