  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the technology industry, with a focus on mid-market sales
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment
  • Experience managing a sales organization of 70+ and growing
  • Experience managing Director-level sales managers and individual contributors
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based software and SaaS business models
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Salt Lake City office and manage a sales organization of 70+ and growing with total office headcount ~120
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and market share goals in the mid-market segment
  • Hire, train, and manage Director-level sales managers and individual contributors
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales results
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and retention
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute demand generation campaigns and programs
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Ensure compliance with Verkada's sales policies and procedures
