Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years experience with Shopify Plus and web analytic tools.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and selling consumer products.
  • High attention to detail in both visual and informational product presentation, and the management of product data.
  • Strong organizational, and technical skills.
  • Proficient with all Google Suite applications including Google Analytics, and Merchant Center.

Responsibilities
  • Routinely manage new product launches and visual merchandising of our online shop to ensure consistent product display across all global experiences. This includes overseeing product copy, sort order, promotional strategies, and managing active Shopify applications throughout the customer journey.
  • Analyze web analytics and sales data to understand customer behavior across regional site content, including categories, featured products, and promotions. Helping to drive conversion rates, and identifying business opportunities and risks.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment on all channel-led strategies: email, social, paid, and organic.
  • Act as the liaison between the merchandising team and customer service team regarding product availability, restocking dates, customer concerns, product reviews, and feedback.
  • Manage inventory levels of our product portfolio and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and cross-selling initiatives to drive sales.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to optimize and streamline processes for content creation, platform management, and automated reporting.
