Responsibilities
  • Acting as the main technical point of contact for all technical inquiries, both internally and externally
  • Own and be accountable for any internal or external questions and issues that arise from integrated clients
  • Quickly troubleshoot any technical issues, pinpoint the problem, and provide a solution
  • Escalate to tier 2 support and/or product teams only when necessary
  • Provide in-depth updates and insights on clients from a technology perspective to all departments
  • Provide High Touch consultative technical services and proactive solutions to premium clients
