Requirements
  • Growth-minded individual with a minimum of 10 years’ experience with demonstrated success leading captures
  • Familiarity with the Huntsville market and Golden Dome initiatives
  • Familiarity with DoW agencies and a proven track record of winning DoW work
  • Experience winning large scale programs over $50M in the federal government
  • Record of success pursuing multiple award vehicles (GWAC/MAC/BIC) valued greater than $500M
  • Demonstrated successes reflecting the ability to grow the business
  • Familiarity and experience managing the pipeline and utilizing CRM tools and Capture Plans
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior business and government personnel and to provide leadership within the workplace
  • Experience with competitive analysis and price to win discussions
  • Experience developing account plans and capture plans for new business opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a technical degree
Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities include developing and leading the development and execution of winning strategies for complex and competitive opportunities within the federal market.  The Capture Manager will oversee all assigned capture efforts and drive opportunities through the corporate gate review processes. They will participate in milestone reviews and provide meaningful suggestions for enhancements of our capture strategies.  The Capture Manager will develop thorough capture plans and drive the overall foundation for compelling win strategies, price to win, technical, and management approaches.
