Overview
As a Digital Community Manager, you will be part of our Product Marketing team. This position will be responsible for analyzing and improving LegalZoom’s reputation anywhere it’s discussed. Success in the role will require senior-level skills in cross-functional communication, project and vendor management, and data analysis.
You will
●Build, manage, and report on LegalZoom’s reputation management programs across third-party platforms, such as TrustPilot and the Better Business Bureau
●Represent LegalZoom in specific digital communities/social platforms and engage directly with customers in partnership with our Social & Creative teams
●Lead the Customer Care escalation process from inception to resolution
●Working with Engineering and Data Science, develop automated approaches to managing and analyzing the data that flows through these platforms
●Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key brand reputation metrics
●Regularly report program results and trends in the resulting data to senior leadership
●Work cross-functionally to get the right insights to the right people at the right time
You have
●5+ years of experience in client-side community management, reputation management, or media
●Senior-level understanding of digital marketing and social media, including industry trends that impact GTM strategies and fluency reporting on performance across platforms
●Senior-level data analysis/spreadsheet skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
●Experience leading complex cross-functional projects from inception to action
●Excellent written and verbal communication skills
●Proficiency in the Google Suite
Bonus if you have
●Experience working in software/tech companies or analytics-focused agencies servicing those industries
●Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
●Experience working with 1st party Customer Experience measurement platforms like Qualtrics
●A variety of digital data-focused experience, including quant/qual, across industries/organizations, client/agency-side, etc.
●Experience using dashboarding platforms like Tableau or first-party data platforms
●A talent for data visualization or a passion for slide design
LegalZoom is a remote-first company, and the national range for this role is ($121,500 - $180,000). Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
