About the Company

Serval

Builds AI agents that resolve IT help desk requests

Serval builds AI agents that handle employee requests for corporate IT teams, such as unlocking laptops, granting app access, and onboarding or offboarding staff, and it extends the same automation to HR, finance, and legal teams. Employees ask for help in work chat tools such as Microsoft Teams, where its help desk agent answers questions or runs a workflow that an admin has approved. Admins describe a process in plain English and Serval turns it into a working automation, while the platform also tracks tickets, incidents, changes, and company hardware and software. Companies pay a single platform fee for the software. Serval was founded in 2024 and is based in San Francisco.
