Requirements
  • Seven or more years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing reporting, performance marketing, revenue operations, media analytics, or a closely related role.
  • Hands-on experience analyzing paid search, programmatic, paid social, email, web analytics, campaign, revenue, and conversion data.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, workbook maintenance, data validation, cross-tab consolidation, and error checking.
  • Experience with GA4 and HubSpot, plus familiarity with marketing reporting or media platforms such as TapClicks, Trade Desk, attribution, paid search, and paid social platforms.
  • Ability to translate performance data into clear insights, executive summaries, recommendations, slides, one-sheeters, and stakeholder-ready narratives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, including impressions, clicks, click-through rate, cost per click, conversions, purchases, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, revenue, attribution, budget pacing, and goal-versus-actual performance.
  • Ability to reconcile data across multiple reports, workbooks, platforms, and stakeholder-provided source files with close attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, organization, deadline management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor degree in marketing, analytics, business, communications, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
  • Own the analysis of multi-channel performance, identifying trends and areas of optimization to support agreed-upon key performance indicators.
  • Analyze revenue, sales, membership, product, webinar, training, and campaign performance across paid search, programmatic, paid social, email, GA4, and other active channels.
  • Make recommendations to improve performance and monitor implementation and results to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage internal team, vendor, and client relationships to foster continuous communication, common understanding, and movement to improve performance and results.
  • Ensure timely, strategic, and thoughtful communication to enhance receptivity.
  • Support HubSpot email production and quality assurance.
  • Own and prepare client- and leadership-ready materials.
  • Manage account performance and customer success, stakeholder communication and planning, attribution, tracking and systems, and email production and campaign operations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with an agency-level client base and associated expectations for client service, analysis, recommendations, communication, and reporting.
  • Experience with business-to-business, legal-centric, membership-based, and professional services or product environments.
  • Experience with sales matchback reporting, order-level attribution, marketing-source reconciliation, or revenue attribution across multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion events, cookie-consent impacts, and marketing tracking quality assurance.
  • Experience building polished client-facing presentations or reports in PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, or similar tools.
  • Experience coordinating approval workflows involving internal teams, clients, legal reviewers, vendors, and channel specialists.

Disney sells 50% A+E Global Media stake to Hearst for over $1B

Disney is selling its 50% stake in A+E Global Media to joint venture partner Hearst Communications in an all-cash deal worth over $1 billion, according to reports. The transaction is expected to be announced at Disney's earnings call next week. A+E Global Media owns cable networks A&E, History, Lifetime, and FYI, as well as A+E Studios. Disney and Hearst launched a sale process last year through Wells Fargo. Whilst profitable and debt-free, A+E Global has faced declining linear viewership like other cable networks. The company has adapted through early adoption of FAST channels and owns much of its content library. A+E Global Media President and Chairman Paul Buccieri will continue leading the company. This marks Disney's first major move to reduce its traditional television footprint.

Chptr raises $5.5M to distribute hyperlocal stories across TV, radio and digital in under 24 hours

Tribute Technology participated, alongside strategic partnerships with iHeartMedia, Sinclair and Hearst. The New York-based startup delivers time-sensitive local content across television, radio and digital platforms within 24 hours. Chptr is now live in 132 US television markets and has delivered thousands of localised broadcasts. Starting with end-of-life memorial content sourced from funeral homes, the company uses human-reviewed AI for formatting and production whilst maintaining data privacy.
