IT Support Technician
About the job
- A Bac to Bac+2 qualification in computing, such as BTS SIO, DUT, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft environments and office productivity tools is required.
- Experience in IT support is desired, typically one to three years.
- An initial experience in local IT support or a multisite environment is an advantage.
- Provide on-site IT support for the headquarters, handling hardware, software, and peripheral incidents.
- Participate in handling calls and processing national Level 1 tickets.
- Respond to user calls and tickets through ServiceNow.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents, or escalate them according to established procedures.
- Manage standard service requests, including account creation, employee arrivals and departures, equipment allocation, and access rights.
- Maintain internal documentation and the knowledge base.
- Apply the information systems department's security and compliance rules.
- Help ensure user satisfaction and compliance with IT procedures, and contribute to the quality and continuity of user support.
