Compliancy Group has acquired Healthicity, combining two leading healthcare compliance and auditing software providers into a single platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal unites Compliancy Group, recognised as the leader in healthcare compliance programmes, with Healthicity, a category-defining provider of healthcare auditing software. The combined entity will serve over 3,000 healthcare organisations across the US and select global markets. The acquisition enables customers to access provider, coding and documentation auditing alongside workforce compliance, risk assessment, third-party risk and incident management through one platform. Compliancy Group CEO Crispin Vary said healthcare organisations can now run their entire compliance programme from a single trusted partner. The transaction was completed in partnership with growth equity sponsor Aldrich Capital Partners. There will be no disruption to existing Healthicity services during integration.
