  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, demand generation, content, creative, and sales teams to plan and execute webinar programs
  • Own the webinar marketing calendar and strategy, overseeing the entire lifecycle from planning and promotion to execution and follow-up
  • Coordinate with internal and external speakers, partners, customers, and vendors to enhance webinar content and reach
  • Manage a quarterly budget and develop comprehensive promotion plans for webinars
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize webinar performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting on webinar effectiveness
  • Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and quality across all webinar content and communications
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to continuously improve webinar strategies and tactics
