  • Experience running product discovery and making evidence-based prioritization decisions.
  • Hands-on use of artificial intelligence tools in day-to-day product work, such as research synthesis, prototyping, competitive analysis, and data exploration, with a track record of raising the baseline for others.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high bar for usability, reliability, performance, and security across products.
  • Build trusted partnerships with engineering, design, compliance, and customer success leaders.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Support on release readiness so the field is equipped to position and support shipped products.
  • Support strategic accounts with expert product input, including customer-facing conversations.
  • Identify and clear obstacles to execution, and escalate and resolve resourcing, prioritization, or stakeholder conflicts.
  • Ensure products meet applicable regulatory and compliance standards, including HIPAA, ONC certification, information blocking and interoperability requirements, and internal quality standards.
  • Track upcoming regulatory changes, including HTI-1 and Cures Act requirements, and incorporate them into roadmap planning early enough to reduce client risk.

  • Experience mentoring product managers and leading cross-team initiatives without formal authority.
  • Clinical software experience, such as EHR, clinical documentation, or clinical decision support systems.
  • Familiarity with clinical artificial intelligence applications such as ambient documentation, coding assistance, or predictive decision support, including HTI-1 decision support intervention transparency requirements.
  • Proficiency with SQL and analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of ONC certification, HIPAA, MACRA/MIPS, and value-based care models.
  • Experience with FHIR, HL7, or CCD/CDA interoperability standards.
