Responsibilities
  • Serve as an interface with customer sub-groups within various business units
  • Ensure project objectives are defined and preliminary activities are completed
  • Ensure projects are completed according to requirements and specifications
  • Document all project phases and report information to other functional areas
  • Lead larger, complex, and cross-functional projects
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement projects
  • Maintain reporting and dashboards for program/project execution
  • Participate in new technology evaluations
  • Analyze business requirements and design solutions
  • Prepare and execute software application testing
  • Manage system cutover and data migration
  • Adhere to project management, software development, testing, and service management processes
  • Demonstrate expertise in Source to Pay processes and systems
  • Basic knowledge of other Supply Chain processes and systems
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation
  • Technical experience with SAP ECC, Ariba, and other SAP modules
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain best practices and AI technologies
  • Lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
  • Solve complex problems and provide new perspectives on solutions
  • Impact customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and related teams
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Explain difficult information and work to build consensus
