Professional experience within civic and publicly funded projects in California, beyond internship experience, such as courthouses, fire stations, police stations, rehabilitation centers, state office buildings, or water intake structures.
Responsibilities
Monitor the production and coordination of construction documents, ensuring alignment with codes, standards, and consultant work.
Collaborate with project architects to resolve design, program, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors across all project phases to maintain project continuity.
Support development of bid and construction packages and assist with construction administration activities.
Track and communicate impacts to scope, budget, schedule, and risk, including client- or consultant-driven changes.
Contribute to project planning, enforce quality assurance and quality control standards, and uphold the firm's design and production standards.
Delegate tasks, mentor junior staff, and support team deliverables, presentations, and multi-project workflows.

Salary Range: $90,100-$119,200 annually. Compensation and level DOE.
