Requirements
- One to two years of management experience.
- Experience in hospitality and/or food and beverage is a plus.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager and Center Entertainment Manager in staffing and training team members.
- Oversee daily operations and guest experience across food and beverage, bowling, and arcade businesses.
- Create an exciting and fun atmosphere to ensure a great experience for guests and team members.
- Assist in hiring, training, coaching, developing, scheduling, and evaluating team members.
- Adhere to core standards, human resources policies, training requirements, and safety requirements.
- Drive best practices through the organization and lead process improvement.
- Address service or customer issues of an operational nature.
