JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Workforce Research Analyst [Business Analytics Support: HR Technology Ecosystem, And Enterprise-Wide Decision-Making Capabilities Enhancement] in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as National Science Foundation (NSF | OCHCO / OCIO) | Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) / Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Generally Located In Alexandria, VA (Hybrid) and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Working Hybrid On/Off Client Site.

Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

Human Capital Analytics (Human Capital Research & Programmatic Evaluation): Support and enhance human capital analytics capabilities using agency-standard analytics platforms (e.g., Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) with Tableau supplementation) and continual enhancement of analytics tools for executive leaders, directorate leadership, and program analysts to use in support of assessing and planning activities.  Conducting workforce research, program evaluations, and compliance assessments aligned with OPM HRStat and the GPRA Modernization Act.  The ProSidian Engagement Team shall:

Gather, clean, and analyze data; support interviews and research tasks; prepare briefing materials, research summaries, and decision-support analyses.

Workforce Research Analyst Professionals typically cover Human Capital Research & Programmatic Evaluation Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines and serve as Journeyman analyst support scope requiring solid technical/functional proficiency, structured execution, and reporting/documentation responsibility..  They Analyze data, policies, controls, requirements, or reporting outputs for Human Capital Research & Programmatic Evaluation; produce accurate documentation, insights, dashboards, or compliance evidence to support NSF decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in public policy, economics, business, sociology, human resources, analytics, or related field required.  4+ years of experience in workforce research, policy analysis, HR analytics, or related federal support functions. Skills Required
