Junior Project Designer
About the job
- You have completed technical education, such as an apprenticeship as a technical or civil engineering drafter, HTL, or FH, preferably in building construction, civil engineering, or mechanical engineering; alternatively, practical experience in construction or a planning office is acceptable.
- You are familiar with technical software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Rhino.
- You are willing to travel for business and undertake job rotations within and outside Europe.
- You have good English skills.
- Work with the project team to develop technical and commercial project solutions, from preparing quotations through order processing.
- Use model-based planning in Revit (BIM design) to construct and visualize technical solutions in formwork plans.
- Prepare structural calculations and bills of materials.
- Advise global customers on the optimal and economical use of formwork systems.
- Support Doka branches domestically and internationally with technical expertise.
- Accompany special projects on site.
- Complete targeted individual and technical training during onboarding, then share acquired knowledge through training activities.
- Practical experience in construction or a planning office is an alternative to the stated technical education.
- A technical education focused on building construction, civil engineering, or mechanical engineering is preferred.
