About the job
- Experience with OpenText Trading Grid, OpenText Business Network, another value-added network (VAN), or a comparable business-to-business (B2B) integration platform is strongly preferred.
- Experience with SAP Order-to-Cash, shipment, logistics, customer master, or warehouse integration is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) 856 / Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) and Certificate of Analysis processes is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of FTP/SFTP, XML, CSV, application programming interfaces (APIs), and middleware integration concepts is strongly preferred.
- Experience with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, brokers, carriers, or manufacturing customers is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Azure DevOps requirements or backlog management is strongly preferred.
- French communication capability is strongly preferred.
- Experience coordinating business validation, sign-off, deployment, and post-production support is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to Anaplan functional support, administration, or model management.
- Experience with Power BI or operational reporting.
- Exposure to modern ERP or SAP S/4HANA transformation.
- Experience with problem management and root-cause analysis.
- Experience building a new support model or transitioning a project into business as usual (BAU).
- Experience in mining, metals, manufacturing, commodity trading, or industrial supply.
