Partner with business teams to scope, test, and roll out application enhancements, configuration changes, and workflow improvements.
Support user access reviews, role assignments, and permission updates across business applications.
Triage reporting and application issues by tracing root causes to process, source data, integration, access, or reporting logic.

LBA is hiring a Data Applications & Analytics Analyst to support the business applications that power our commercial real estate operations — and the data and reporting that flow out of them. This role sits close to the business. You will partner with users across leasing, accounting, asset management, operations, and finance to keep core systems running smoothly, troubleshoot data and process issues, and serve as a bridge between business teams and IT. Reporting, integrations, and AI / automation work are part of the role as well, but the primary focus is keeping the business applications working well for the people who rely on them every day.
You will report to the Data Applications & AI Manager and work closely with business teams, IT, vendors, and external consultants. We are looking for someone with a solid grounding in SQL, reporting, and business applications, who is comfortable operating between technical and business teams.
