Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of individual contributors to achieve and exceed sales quotas. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to develop the team’s skills and ensure high levels of productivity.
  • Hire, develop, and retain a world-class sales force. Ensure that the sales team is composed of top talent, equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed, and motivated to deliver outstanding results.
  • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and customer success teams to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the East Coast market. Understand customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the East Coast market. Work with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches or market segments.
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
