- Complete required patient-care documentation, including medical histories and referral requests.
- Assist with day-to-day clinic operations to support optimal patient care.
- Assist fellow teammates and providers when necessary.
- Experience in a hospital, home health, office, or long-term care setting is preferred for the LPN pathway.
- High school graduation or GED equivalent is preferred for the credentialed medical assistant pathway.
- Basic Life Support certification is preferred.
- Phlebotomy experience is highly preferred.
