Requirements
- A college degree in business or a technical field, or equivalent related experience.
- At least five years of experience supporting Oracle R12 and/or 11i manufacturing-related applications and database technology.
- Experience with at least two full Oracle 11i and/or R12 implementation or upgrade projects in a functional Oracle Manufacturing role.
- Knowledge of Oracle database schemas and Oracle standard application programming interfaces.
- Experience creating, managing, and resolving Oracle Technical Assistance Requests with Oracle Support.
- Experience with Oracle Developer, Oracle Forms/Reports, SQL/PLSQL, XML Publisher, and JDeveloper is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Manufacturing and Distribution functional team member.
- Implement, troubleshoot, and support Oracle R12 manufacturing, bill of material, routing, item, work in process, inventory, Order Management, costing, and Warehouse Management modules.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to travel to the United States if needed.
- Oracle Applications 11i and R12 implementation and upgrade experience in an Oracle R12 or 11i Manufacturing environment.
- Experience analyzing manufacturing and distribution processes, including process design, mapping, re-engineering, process/software gap analysis and resolution, and troubleshooting and issue resolution with Oracle Applications Manufacturing modules.
- Experience with manufacturing configuration and use, test script creation, and testing.
- Experience with Oracle R12 or 11i modules such as Configurator, Costing, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Bill of Material, Routing, Enterprise Asset Management, and Inventory.
- Knowledge of Oracle Applications database architecture for manufacturing module schemas and products, application programming interfaces, data elements, tables, and views for troubleshooting, data conversion, and reporting.
- Experience opening, managing, and resolving Oracle Technical Assistance Requests with Oracle Support.
- Familiarity with Oracle AIM templates and methodology.
- Experience with Oracle technology, including Oracle Developer, Forms/Reports, SQL/PLSQL, and XML Publisher.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
