  • Proven experience in account/relationship management, sales or strategy roles

  • A mixture of field based (2-3 days per week) and office/home working (2-3 days per week)
Responsibilities
  • Be the local expert for the cities/areas in the North-East of Scotland
  • Draw insights from data to improve customer proposition neighborhood by neighborhood
  • Account management for top restaurant partners in the area
  • Work with Account Managers to support the growth of local hero brands
  • Identify and sign up new and top local favorites to Deliveroo
  • Lead the local Business Development Managers and be the day-to-day contact for coaching and deal making
  • Map out the local sales strategy and identify value proposition gaps
  • Understand and improve customer offering in the area through acquiring local knowledge
  • Maximize marketing opportunities in the area by encouraging restaurant participation
