Responsibilities
  • Partnering with HR Business Partners to drive employee engagement and success
  • Delivering HR activities including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, offboarding, and compliance
  • Handling company changes like mergers or reductions
  • Supporting HR programs for organizational effectiveness and professional development
  • Building cross-functional relationships and preventing siloes
  • Supporting trainings, mentorship programs, and affinity groups
  • Providing information and counseling to employees
  • Guiding managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Performing other HR-related duties as necessary
