Requirements
Run and provide handles for one or more personally grown channels, with either an account grown from zero to 50,000 or more followers or verifiable individual videos with more than 1 million views.
Have at least 3 years of short-form content creation experience with demonstrated organic growth.
Be able to explain specifically why one video received 2 million views while another received 4,000.
Have native-level English proficiency on camera and in writing for a United States audience.
Be comfortable on camera or be a sufficiently strong voiceover performer to carry faceless content.
Have reliable internet, a decent capture setup, and a backup power plan.
Be able to handle high-volume daily production.
Responsibilities
Produce 10–15 original concepts per day from manager briefs, including the hook, script, and raw capture.
Write hooks that retain viewers through the first 1.5 seconds.
Appear on camera and/or deliver voiceover, depending on the format.
Use AI tools for generation, voice, avatars, and B-roll to produce content that does not look AI-produced.
Use the editor's template library independently to produce content variants at volume.
Bring forward format ideas based on familiarity with the platforms.
Turn dry engineering material into content that property managers will watch.
Desired Qualifications
Experience creating content about construction, home services, real estate, or trades.
Experience with faceless or voiceover channels.
Basic self-editing ability to make simple cuts without waiting for the editor.

3+ years creating short-form content, with demonstrated organic growth
You can explain, with specifics, why one of your videos did 2M views and the next did 4K
Native-level English on camera and in writing. Hooks are for a US audience — awkward phrasing kills the hook
Comfortable on camera, or a strong enough voiceover performer to carry faceless content
Reliable internet, decent capture setup, backup power plan
High-volume tolerance. This is a daily production role, not a passion project
