  • Located in Utah and able to come into the UT office 1+ days a week
  • 2-5 years of solid Sales Enablement experience with additional sales experience in SAAS preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Suites/Microsoft product stack
  • Foundational understanding of sales methodologies and tools
  • Training, coaching, and presentation skills both with groups and in 1:1 sessions
  • High School Diploma
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Training and Sales Enablement team members in delivering onboarding training and coaching
  • Engage with Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives by delivering coaching programs
  • Partner with Sales Managers in the ongoing development of Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders in developing, delivering, and managing training, coaching, and Sales Enablement projects
  • Execute other Training and Sales Enablement strategic initiatives and the overall improvement of the program
