It provides research-based programs, including workshops and training sessions, tailored to the needs of educators, particularly those serving historically underserved students. The organization collaborates with a Teacher Advisory Board to ensure its offerings are practical and effective, and it generates revenue through grants and donations. Unlike for-profit organizations, Teaching Lab reinvests surplus funds into its programs. Its goal is to improve teaching practices and outcomes, making education more equitable for all students.
