Requirements
  • A Juris Doctor degree is required.
  • Admission to a state bar is required.
  • At least 8 years of related experience is required.
  • Prior team management experience is required.
  • Consistently meets Service Level Expectations.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, foster relationships, and provide exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file all case types for acceptance and approval.
  • Recommend and implement options and strategies without supervision.
  • Manage Enterprise clients and guide them through applicable processes.
  • Manage, guide, and mentor team members while supporting the Partner with team management.
  • Review marketing materials and support Envoy/GIA sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Perform reporting and auditing duties.
  • Present trainings and webinars to clients and potential clients.
  • Communicate law and policy updates to the team and firm.
  • Interview candidates and provide hiring recommendations.
  • Retain existing clients by fostering strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of attorneys and paralegals while managing client relationships and supporting high-quality legal work.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus but are not required.
