Candidates must be able to reach the airport of their home base station within 60 minutes at any time.
Candidates must be available to begin training in January 2027.
Responsibilities
Uphold and follow all onboard safety procedures throughout each journey.
Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere onboard for every guest.
Deliver attentive, high-quality service by understanding passenger needs and supporting a smooth travel experience.
Present and support the inflight shopping offer using product knowledge and a personal approach.
Act as a point of contact for passengers from boarding to arrival, answering questions and supporting them during the flight.
Work effectively with different crew members, adapt to changing situations, and contribute to a positive onboard team environment.
Marabu Airlines is growing its leisure flight operation in Germany with a modern Airbus A320neo fleet, and we are looking for motivated future Cabin Crew members to begin their aviation career with us at our new Frankfurt base.
This position is designed for candidates who are new to flying or who do not currently hold an active EASA Cabin Crew Attestation. Previous cabin crew experience is not required. Full training will be provided by Marabu, and you do not need a valid cabin crew license to apply.
Training is planned to start in January 2027, so please apply only if you are available to begin then. Applications should include your CV and cover letter in English. Please note this is a permanent Frankfurt-based position.
Minimum Age: 18 years
Passport: Valid passport without limitations
Citizenship: Have the right to live and work in Germany and the EU
Minimum Height: 158 cm
Education: Completed secondary education
Languages: Fluency in written and spoken German and English
Medical Fitness: Medical fitness and ability to swim unassisted
Health Certificate: Ability to obtain a health certificate according to EASA regulations
Experience: No previous flying experience required. This position is intended for candidates without prior cabin crew experience or without an active EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, empathy, strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Background Check: No criminal record
Base availability: Ability to reach the airport of your home base station within 60 minutes at any time
