About Hearth
Hearth is the AI growth system for local home improvement small businesses. We build revenue-critical software for home improvement contractors — the roofers, HVAC techs, and builders who keep America running.
Our platform helps real business owners win more jobs, protect profit margins, and manage homeowner relationships professionally so they can build generational companies for their families and communities.
We are now building the next layer: a personal AI employee for every small business in the trades focused on autonomously generating sales for America’s home improvement pros. An assistant who answers every call 24/7, qualifies leads, books appointments, follows up on quotes and estimates, and helps small business owners go from missing half of their business to capturing all of it.
With 15,000+ paying customers, default profitability, and backing from some of the world’s best investors (Founder’s Fund, 8VC, Human Capital, etc.), Hearth is focused on bringing AI to the trades.
You build the systems that run Hearth's go-to-market: the whole engine, one motion at a time. You're a business builder, not an engineer who needs a brief. You find the lever that moves the number and ship the system that pulls it, fast: a sales lead flags a broken handoff on Monday, the fix is live on the floor by Wednesday.
Hearth is the AI growth system for local home-improvement contractors. Over 50% of these businesses go under without software like Hearth, and when you ship a system that works, a roofer stops losing 40% of his inbound calls and gets home for dinner. The loop between your work and someone's livelihood is short.
You're the first hire on our GTM engineering function, and the timing is the point: we're launching new products, and each one needs its own go-to-market built around it: the routing, the outreach, the tooling, the measurement. You co-own clear success metrics, like revenue and headcount, with the Director and VP peers in Sales and Marketing: they run the floors, you build the systems that move the numbers, and the metrics are shared. You won't be handed a clean slate, and you won't be asked to just tune what's there. You'll rebuild the baseline and define what a true AI-native go-to-market looks like.
This is the founding seat on the function, with a leader's runway. Prove the model on one motion, then hire under you as each number earns it.
You move the numbers, and you build whatever moves them. Sometimes that's a routing change, sometimes a new scoring layer, sometimes an AI agent that takes a rep's busywork. The thread through all of it: you decide where the leverage is, then build it.
We've started on inbound conversion (routing and next-best-action on our existing lead-scoring model), but it needs scale and a real rethink. From there the surface is wide: the outbound motion, marketing automation and testing, the measurement model that points spend at what actually converts, and the repfacing AI that handles research and follow-up so reps sell. Underneath it is one backbone, the data and integrations that connect our CRM, enrichment, and scoring, so the motions run on one system instead of four bolted together. We already run AI in production today (lead scoring, Clay workflows); your job is to push it deeper across every motion.
The first two decide it.
1. You moved a number and knew why. You decided which lever mattered, built the thing that moved it, and can quote the result: not "improved conversion" but "this segment went from X% to Y% over Z weeks, and here's how I measured it." Extra credit for a time you decided not to build something, and were right.
2. The bar isn't deep engineering. It's that you ship, yourself. You live in Claude Code (or whatever's best) and build with AI doing the heavy lifting: an integration, a workflow, an agent that did a real job your team depended on. Python and SQL where they help. Show what you shipped; commentary and slides don't count.
3. You harden the 80% into something the floor relies on, with Engineering, and design the tests that prove your work caused the result.
On tooling: we run Salesforce, HubSpot, Redshift, and Clay today, but we commit to outcomes, not tools. The stack will change. Be fluent enough to build on day one, or fast enough to close the gap in week one.
Not a fit: if your main output has been configuring and documenting systems other people built, or if you need heavy management, this isn't the seat.

Water damage restoration financing now available in Arizona via 3S Restoration. Published on 30 June 2026 at 3:25 am - Written by Chris Martin - Reading duration: 2 minutes 3S Restoration, a Mesa-based water damage restoration company, has partnered with Hearth to offer financing options for homeowners in Arizona facing water damage restoration costs. The partnership, announced in June 2026, makes flexible payment plans available to customers in Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, and surrounding East Valley communities. Water damage is financially disruptive for homeowners, particularly when insurance coverage falls short. Most standard homeowners insurance policies cover sudden water damage events, but coverage gaps are common - especially for slab leaks, gradual damage, and high deductibles that leave families responsible for thousands of dollars out of pocket. According to recent data, water damage restoration typically costs homeowners between $1,384 and $6,384, depending on the severity of the damage. "The number one reason people wait too long to call us is cost uncertainty," said Neal, owner of 3S Restoration. "With Hearth, we can give homeowners a financing option in minutes so they can make the right decision for their home without the financial pressure. Water damage doesn't wait, and now neither do our customers." Hearth financing provides homeowners with a fast, soft-credit-check pre-qualification process that does not impact their credit score. Approved customers receive fixed monthly payments, allowing them to address damage immediately rather than delaying repairs while waiting for insurance reimbursement or saving funds out of pocket. Delays in restoration work can allow moisture to spread and mold to develop, creating additional damage and health risks. 3S Restoration is an IICRC-certified firm with technicians holding WRT (Water Restoration Technician), AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician), FSRT (Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician), and ASD (Applied Structural Drying) certifications. The company is BBB Accredited with an A+ rating, licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC #364257), and fully insured. The company provides 24/7 emergency response and handles the entire insurance claim process on behalf of homeowners - from damage documentation and scope writing through adjuster communication and final inspection. The availability of restoration financing reflects a broader trend in the industry. Many water remediation companies now partner with third-party financing providers to offer flexible payment options, recognizing that cost barriers often prevent homeowners from taking immediate action on critical repairs. Homeowners in the East Valley interested in the financing option can call 3S Restoration at 480-550-8366 or visit their website for a free inspection and to learn more about available payment plans. The economics of shelter: why smart homeowners are financing their roofs in 2026. In the Pacific Northwest, a roof is not a luxury; it is an essential utility. It is the primary shield against the atmospheric rivers that define its winters and the salt-laden winds that sweep off Bellingham Bay. Yet, unlike a monthly utility bill, the need for a new roof often arrives as a single, significant financial event - sometimes anticipated, but often accelerated by a sudden storm or discovered leak. For decades, the conversation around roofing in Whatcom County was binary: you either had the liquid cash to replace your roof, or you deferred maintenance until the damage compounded. In 2026, that paradigm has shifted. Topsideroofing is seeing a new wave of fiscally savvy homeowners who are choosing to finance their exterior projects - not out of necessity, but out of strategy. By leveraging modern payment solutions like Hearth, they are preserving their liquidity while securing the highest quality protection for their homes. The liquidity trap vs. Strategic investment. The traditional hesitation to finance a home improvement project stems from an outdated view of debt. However, financial advisors often preach the importance of liquidity - keeping cash on hand for investments, emergencies, or daily life. Writing a check for $25,000 to replace a roof drains that liquidity instantly. By utilizing roof financing in Bellingham, you convert a massive capital expenditure into a predictable, manageable monthly operating cost. This allows you to: * Preserve Your Savings: Keep your emergency fund intact for true emergencies. * Upgrade Your Materials: instead of settling for the cheapest shingle to fit a cash budget, financing often allows homeowners to upgrade to a 50-year architectural system or metal roofing that adds real value to the home. * Beat Inflation: By locking in today's material and labor prices with a fixed monthly payment, you hedge against the rising costs of construction in Washington State. Enter Hearth: the modern way to pay. At Topside Roofing and Siding, Topsideroofing is craftsmen, not bankers. However, Topsideroofing understand that the engineering of the deal is just as important as the engineering of the roof. That is why Topsideroofing has partnered with Hearth, a leading financing platform designed specifically for home improvement. Hearth is not a credit card with predatory rates. It is a marketplace that connects you with a network of lending partners competing for your business. Why Topsideroofing trust Hearth for its clients: * Speed: In the time it takes to brew a coffee, you can see your potential monthly payment options. Funding often happens in 1 - 3 business days, meaning Topsideroofing can schedule your project before the next rainstorm hits. * Transparency: There are no bait-and-switch tactics. You see fixed monthly payments and clear terms upfront. * No Home Equity Required: Unlike a HELOC, which ties up your home's equity and requires mountains of paperwork and appraisals, Hearth offers personal loans. Your home remains yours, unencumbered. * Soft Credit Pull: You can explore your options without a "hard inquiry" dinging your credit score. The "wait and see" Risk in Bellingham. Topsideroofing often hear homeowners say, "I'll wait another year to save up the cash." In Arizona, that might work. In Bellingham, it is a gamble with poor odds. A compromised roof does not pause its deterioration while you save. Water intrusion is progressive. A small leak at a flashing point today can become dry rot in the shear wall tomorrow, turning a standard re-roof into a complex structural remediation project. Financing allows you to intervene now, when the cost is lowest and the damage is minimal. It stops the clock on decay. A case study in affordability. Imagine a scenario where a sudden winter storm damages an older 3-tab shingle roof. * The Cash Option: The homeowner drains their savings account, leaving them vulnerable to other unexpected expenses. * The Financing Option: The homeowner uses Hearth to secure a low monthly payment. They not only replace the roof but upgrade to a high-wind rated laminate shingle. They pay it off over 5 years, comfortably fitting it into their monthly budget alongside their internet and utility bills. How it works: A frictionless process. Topsideroofing has integrated the financing process directly into its workflow to make it as stress-free as the installation itself. * The Assessment: Topsideroofing inspect your roof and provide a detailed, itemized proposal. * The Link: Topsideroofing send you a secure, custom link to its Hearth portal. * The Selection: You enter basic information and instantly view loan options from multiple lenders, comparing rates and terms. * The Project: Funds are deposited directly to you, and Topsideroofing begin the work of protecting your home. Invest in your home's future. Your home is likely your most significant asset. Protecting it shouldn't require depleting your bank account. With roof financing in Bellingham, you can have the best of both worlds: a fortress-grade exterior and financial flexibility. Whether you are looking to install a lifetime metal roof or simply need to replace an aging asphalt system before winter, Topside Roofing and Siding has the tools - and the terms - to make it happen.
