Responsibilities
  • Own Highrise Capital's overall marketing strategy and work directly with executive leadership and the sales organization.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy, establish annual, quarterly, and monthly objectives, manage the marketing budget, identify customer acquisition channels, analyze market trends and competitive positioning, increase qualified lead volume, improve opportunity quality and conversion, and develop customer retention, repeat-business, and database-reactivation strategies.

  • Own lead-generation strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, native advertising, search engine optimization, email and SMS marketing, retargeting, affiliate marketing, partnerships, referral programs, database reactivation, content marketing, direct-response campaigns, and emerging digital acquisition channels; evaluate channels by lead volume, quality, conversion, revenue, and profitability.

  • Develop Highrise Capital's brand positioning and messaging in the alternative business financing marketplace, including website strategy, digital presence, marketing materials, sales collateral, customer testimonials, case studies, educational content, video, social media, and industry-specific campaigns.
  • Own digital-property strategy and improve website conversion, landing pages, lead forms, calls to action, application flow, user and mobile experience, page performance, analytics, search engine optimization, and conversion rates.
  • Establish a culture of continuous testing across headlines, offers, creative, messaging, landing pages, forms, calls to action, customer segments, and advertising formats, with measurable objectives for significant marketing initiatives.
  • Lead creative marketing strategy and oversee digital and video advertising, social media creative, landing pages, email campaigns, sales materials, direct-response campaigns, educational content, customer testimonials, and case studies.
  • Work with sales leadership to develop sales presentations, product materials, industry-specific campaigns, customer case studies, email templates, marketing collateral, objection-handling resources, competitive positioning, sales messaging, and campaign-specific materials.
  • Build a marketing reporting system covering advertising spend, leads, lead costs and quality, funnel conversion, customer acquisition costs, cost per funded deal, marketing-generated revenue, advertising return, marketing return on investment, revenue contribution, repeat business, reactivation, retention, referrals, and customer acquisition; use data rather than assumptions or vanity metrics to make decisions.
  • Build and lead the marketing organization, including recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, compensation structures, key performance indicators, accountability, team culture, and professional development.
  • Manage and evaluate advertising agencies, lead providers, media partners, creative agencies, search engine optimization firms, technology providers, CRM providers, data providers, and marketing automation platforms based on performance, strategic value, and economics.

  • During days 31–60, develop the marketing growth plan, establish channel-level performance targets, begin funnel improvements, develop creative testing and database-reactivation strategies, improve reporting and attribution, evaluate acquisition channels, and establish marketing-team structure and hiring priorities.
  • During days 61–90, launch marketing initiatives, scale successful acquisition channels, implement improved reporting and ongoing testing, improve marketing-to-sales communication, present a longer-term marketing roadmap to executive leadership, and establish a repeatable framework for measuring marketing contribution to revenue.

  • Direct experience scaling customer acquisition in financial services.

About the company

High Rise Capital provides passive, syndicated investments in commercial real estate, focusing on value-add multifamily assets in markets with growth. Investors gain direct fractional ownership in specific opportunities, while the firm handles deal sourcing, financing, and project management; a third-party manager runs day-to-day operations, with depreciation passed through via Schedule K-1. Unlike public REITs, this structure offers more direct capital allocation and tax efficiency tied to individual investments. The goal is to help investors build generational wealth and passive income while supporting community needs such as safe, clean housing and investor education.
