Cluster Marketing Manager-Crowne Plaza & Holiday Inn - Zirakpur

The upcoming Crowne Plaza & Holiday Inn Zirakpur marks an exciting new chapter in hospitality for the region. Strategically located along the Chandigarh–Ambala Highway, the cluster hotel will bring together 335 well-appointed rooms across two renowned brands — 149 rooms at Crowne Plaza and 186 rooms at Holiday Inn, Zirakpur. 

The cluster will offer a diverse range of F&B experiences, along with a swimming pool, fitness centre, spa, and extensive banqueting facilities, including approximately 1,00,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space. With excellent connectivity to Chandigarh and key destinations across North India, it will be well-positioned to cater to business and leisure travelers, while offering versatile spaces for conferences, weddings, and social celebrations.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

 Every day is different, but you’ll mostly :

• Develop and own promotional activities, marketing channels and the production of marketing materials for specific events
• Implement PR campaigns to celebrate successes and awards and the promotion of product
• Create, develop and market key events for the hotel, especially during key business periods
• Communicate effectively, to target markets, the amenities and benefits of the hotel, including hotel refurbishments, food and beverage provisions, conference, banqueting and events
• Identify operational problems that reduce the effectiveness of marketing activities and overall hotel sales performance and work with appropriate department on solutions.

What We need from you:

● Master’s/Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Marketing specialization or related field, and two to four years of experience in a hospitality or hotel marketing setting with direct supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Must speak local language. Other languages preferred.

● Great communication skills 

● You’ll be a team player, proactive, responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
