Requirements
  • Hold a diploma in nursing sciences.
  • Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Have at least six months of home-care experience.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have a functioning automobile.
  • Hold the national care rule.
  • Have completed DCI (Cristal-Net) and SIL-P training.
  • Have experience with medical assistance in dying at home.
  • Demonstrate autonomy, organization, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
  • Provide quality nursing care in patients' homes.
  • Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, and medical needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor care plans.
  • Ensure continuity of services for patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the health professionals involved in patient follow-up.
  • Participate in palliative-care interventions at home when required.
  • Document interventions in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.
