  • Strong understanding of key marketing channels, how to leverage them to drive conversion and how to run experiments within them
  • Strong analytical skills, able to self-serve using data management tools (Looker or equivalent, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ad Manager) and work closely with Data Analysts / Scientists to solve more complex problems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others
  • London-based with a minimum of three days required in the office
Responsibilities
  • Develop, test and scale a range of strategic initiatives that enable the growth of our Grocery business
  • Take a lead role in developing growth marketing plans
  • Work across teams to operationalise plans across markets and rapidly grow the business
  • Work closely with internal teams across the business & commercial teams across all markets to bring effective strategies to market
  • Develop strategies through a constant process of test, learn and optimisation

Additionally, Deliveroo engages in community initiatives, such as providing free meals to NHS workers during the pandemic, which helps build a positive public image and strengthen community relationships.
