Responsibilities
  • Lead a technical project from start to finish while incorporating guidance from mentor, manager, and peers
  • Develop and execute novel analytical methods to characterize advanced material properties of anode materials
  • Complete technical tasks end-to-end and provide tactical support when needed to drive toward shared team success
  • Learn the inner workings of the technical team
  • Engage and foster a collaborative work environment that enables innovation and learning
  • Partner with team members to resolve project challenges and establish appropriate and timely solutions
  • Share project updates with critical team members at regular intervals
