Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
At least five years of management experience in facility operations or maintenance is required.
Experience supervising teams and managing contractors is required.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, is required.
Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental, health, and safety practices is required.
Basic budgeting and cost-control experience is required.
Familiarity with computer-aided design is required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities is required.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are required.
Communication and coordination skills are required.
The candidate must have a strong sense of responsibility and be able to work under pressure and handle emergencies.

Responsibilities

Plan annual departmental work targets and the annual cost budget.
Rationalize departmental and public expenses.
Develop maintenance management plans for factory housing, fixed assets, and public facilities.
Improve factory safety and fire-protection facility management.
Plan and manage plant sanitation affairs.
Ensure the operation of factory support facilities.
Plan and execute 5S business initiatives.
Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities for buildings, utilities, and equipment.
Ensure preventive maintenance programs are implemented and followed.
Coordinate and monitor external contractors and service providers.
Manage facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection systems.
Ensure office and production facilities function properly.

12. Ensure proper functionality of office and production facilities"

Qualifications:

"Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field
5+ years of management experience in facility operations or maintenance
Experience supervising teams and managing contractors

Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Knowledge of safety regulations and EHS practices
