Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required.
  • At least 10 years of related engineering experience is required.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer is required, or the ability to obtain registration within six months of hire.
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage municipal, commercial, and industrial planning and design projects in the water resources environment.
  • Pursue new work opportunities through established client relationships and market-sector awareness.
  • Supervise and lead project teams in developing engineering reports, studies, and designs using recognized industry standards and regulatory-compliant approaches.
  • Supervise and lead project teams in field evaluation and assessment of existing treatment facilities, collection and transmission systems, and pumping stations.
  • Handle multiple assignments and work directly with clients to understand needs and advance project planning and design assignments.
  • Participate in company-sponsored training programs, seminars, and conferences as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other design and study teams to improve responsiveness to client needs.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor project managers, project engineers, and junior engineering staff.
  • Participate in professional organizations and technical committees.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Master's degree is preferred.
