About the job
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Business.
- At least 3 years of hands-on preventive maintenance experience in an automotive, electric vehicle, or manufacturing company.
- Strong understanding of routine service checks, inspection standards, maintenance scheduling, workshop flow, and basic root-cause identification.
- Ability to monitor daily execution, coordinate with mechanics and field teams, and ensure maintenance activities are completed on time.
- Comfort using spreadsheets or operational tools to track preventive maintenance status, productivity, overdue units, and cost trends.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Monitor the daily preventive maintenance schedule across Electrum units and follow up on overdue or missed maintenance.
- Coordinate with workshop, pool, and field teams to ensure units are available and maintenance is completed on time.
- Track maintenance productivity by mechanic, location, and maintenance batch, and quickly escalate bottlenecks.
- Ensure preventive maintenance checklists and standard procedures are followed consistently.
- Accurately and promptly update maintenance status, service records, and operational dashboards.
- Identify recurring issues found during preventive maintenance and flag them for corrective action or engineering review.
- Support analysis of maintenance costs, spare-part usage, and opportunities to reduce cost per kilometer.
- Prepare routine operations reports on preventive maintenance completion, backlog, productivity, and issues requiring management attention.

Dassault Systemes (Euronext Paris: FR0014003TT 8,DSY.PA ) today announced that Electrum, a leading Indonesian electric vehicle (EV) startup, has selected Dassault Systemes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform to accelerate the design and production of Electrum's first series of electric motorcycles as the government ramps up efforts to increase adoption of EVs.
In a separate development during the Jakarta visit, Carsome announced its collaboration with Electrum to accelerate two-wheeler EV adoption in response to growing local demand for sustainable and economical transportation.
