  • Provide advanced technical product assistance on problems of diverse scope, where the analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Participate in ongoing product development, representing the voice of the customer.
  • Perform system acceptance testing.
  • Develop technical communications in multiple media formats, including digital documents and videos.
