  • Previous experience in quality assurance, investigations, compliance, legal support, or analytical work.
Responsibilities
  • Review evidence generated by Investigators to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Verify that evidence packages comply with internal procedures, evidential requirements, and quality standards.
  • Review exhibits, screenshots, test purchase documentation, and supporting materials for completeness and accuracy.
  • Identify errors, omissions, inconsistencies, or evidential gaps and provide clear feedback to Investigators.
  • Ensure evidential materials are appropriately documented and suitable for inclusion within litigation-focused case builds.
  • Support the QA Manager in maintaining high evidential standards across the Revenue Recovery function.
  • Work closely with Investigators to improve the quality and consistency of evidential submissions.
  • Escalate recurring quality issues and observations to the QA Manager.
  • Support the implementation of QA processes, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Build knowledge of case build processes, evidential requirements, and stakeholder engagement activities to support future progression within the Quality Assurance function.
  • Maintain awareness of developments in online enforcement, litigation support, and intellectual property protection.
  • Maintain accurate records of QA reviews and findings.
  • Assist with reporting and administrative activities where required.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
