As a Vironix Patient Care Coordinator, you'll:

Meet patients on-site at partner clinics and get them set up with home health monitoring tools
Check in with patients remotely by phone or video, reviewing their vitals and following up on how they're doing
Work a genuinely flexible, hybrid schedule you help shape weeks in advance
