Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • At least five years of cybersecurity experience is required.
  • An active DoDM 8140.03 DCWF-aligned qualification is required.
  • Expertise with NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171/172, NIST 800-161, Risk Management Framework, and Authorization to Operate processes is required.
  • Experience securing ServiceNow in FedRAMP High and Department of Defense Impact Level 4/Impact Level 5 environments is required.
  • Experience with access control lists, role-based access control, and Common Access Card/Electronic Identity, Credential, and Access Management integrations is required.
  • An active Secret clearance is required.
Responsibilities
  • Architect ServiceNow security controls aligned to Department of Defense Zero Trust.
  • Configure role-based access control, access control lists, data policies, and edge encryption.
  • Maintain security role and access matrices.
  • Enforce Impact Level 4 and Impact Level 5 segregation controls.
  • Develop System Security Plans and Risk Management Framework artifacts.
  • Support Authorization to Operate attainment and sustainment.
  • Manage Plan of Action and Milestones activities.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and continuous monitoring.
  • Generate Security Assessment Reports.
  • Coordinate with government program managers and Authorizing Officials.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance/Integrated Risk Management or Security Operations experience is preferred.
