Requirements
  • Understanding and working knowledge of 802.11 b/g/n and wireless protocols.
  • Prior experience developing middleware for Wi-Fi.
  • Experience with peer-to-peer technologies using Wi-Fi.
  • Experience working with the Android framework and wpa_supplicant.
  • Familiarity with graphical user interfaces on Android.
  • Three to five years of industry experience in real-time embedded telecommunications systems.
  • Proficiency in C.
  • Understanding of real-time operating system concepts, data structures, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Hands-on Linux device driver development experience is a strong plus.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, including debugging interoperability issues.
  • Teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Develop Wi-Fi middleware and Linux device drivers.
  • Debug and resolve interoperability issues.
  • Implement or work with MAC protocols, preferably wireless MAC protocols.
