About the job
- A diploma or above, or an equivalent qualification at Hong Kong Qualifications Framework Level 3, is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, merchant acquisition, partnership development, sales, or related fields is required.
- Candidates should be self-motivated and demonstrate business sense and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and follow through on execution.
- Candidates should have an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Candidates should have good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates should have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Identify, approach, and develop new merchant and business partnership opportunities to support credit card customer acquisition and card usage growth.
- Build and maintain working relationships with merchants, external partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business results.
- Support partnership campaigns, customer acquisition activities, and card usage and activation initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams on campaign setup, onboarding flow, operational arrangements, and post-launch follow-up.
- Conduct market research and collect competitor and industry intelligence to identify business opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Track partnership and acquisition performance, prepare regular management reports, and provide data insights to support business planning.
- Review the customer journey and onboarding process, and recommend practical enhancements to improve conversion and user experience.
- Support ad hoc business projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
- Exposure to credit card, unsecured lending, payment, merchant partnership, or customer acquisition business is preferred.
- Candidates with immediate availability will be an advantage.
