Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies from 0-1 that align with GoodUnited’s goals, particularly focusing on driving revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Lead communication efforts across internal teams, current customers, and prospects to answer key questions like, 'What are we selling?' and 'What’s coming next?' Ensure consistent, impactful messaging to drive engagement and business growth.
  • Design, implement, and manage a complete market strategy that creates revenue opportunities for the sales and customer success teams.
  • Produce high-impact content, including videos, that showcases GoodUnited’s technology, repackaging information into consumable formats for different audiences.
  • Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), CEO, Associate Director of Implementation, and Support Engineer to ensure content strategies are aligned with sales and company objectives.
  • Leverage CRM platforms like HubSpot to manage content workflows, track engagement, and measure the success of campaigns.
  • Ask insightful discovery questions to uncover stakeholder needs, which will shape your content creation and strategy development.
