About the Job

Requirements

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
  • Three to five years of experience in the role.
  • Written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Ability to manage projects with a good level of autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate contract requirements.
  • Evaluate product design specifications for pressure-containing parts.
  • Translate output requirements into calculations, dimensions, tolerances, and material selections.
  • Issue material specifications and pressure calculations.
  • Develop and execute tube-bundle drawings and detailed construction drawings.
  • Perform structural calculations for frames and structures.
  • Review project drawings.
  • Upload drawings and documentation to the management system.
  • Prepare bills of materials.
  • Manage deadlines for issuing material purchase requests for items included in the bill of materials.
  • Manage deadlines for issuing material purchase requests for items not included in the bill of materials.
  • Approve material purchase requests.
  • Manage drawing comments.
  • Conduct technical meetings with customers.
  • Conduct technical meetings with suppliers of critical materials.
  • Provide technical support to other departments.
  • Prepare documentation for ASME/PED requirements.
