What will be your responsibilities 📓

• Transformer and Traditional ML Model Development: Implement, optimize, and innovate with large Transformer models while also leveraging traditional machine learning approaches.

• Embeddings and RAG Expertise: Utilize techniques like embeddings and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of our AI solutions.

• Collaborative Integration and Strategy: Work alongside engineering and product teams to embed AI functionality into our products and contribute significantly to our AI strategy and roadmap.

What will help you be successful 👏

• Broad AI/ML Knowledge: Extensive experience with both large Transformer models and traditional applied ML techniques, including familiarity with embeddings and RAG.

• Innovative and Analytical Approach: Strong problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex AI challenges and driving forward cutting-edge solutions.

• Effective Team Collaboration: Outstanding communication abilities for effective teamwork, knowledge sharing, and contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

$200,000 - $400,000 a year

The above compensation range includes salary + equity. The final package may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on eligibility, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid parental leave, PTO, and other employee benefits.
