Our Sales Operations organization is actively seeking a Deal Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role you will apply your business insight, analytical skills and creativity while partnering directly with cross functional teams to drive strategy, growth and business operations. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment, receiving and processing large volumes of orders from the field sales organization.
The Sales Ops Analyst will help support current Sales and GTM processes as well as develop new ones to meet evolving needs. The primary responsibilities of the role are to assist with deal operations, provide salesforce technical support (reports,
dashboards, etc.) as well as help communicate and improve the sales process. This individual has the ability to identify a desired future state that addresses a business problem and helps Snowflake scale.
Reporting to the Head of EMEA Sales Operations, you will be responsible for acting as the subject matter expert on Sales and Deal Operations processes, best practices, and systems. Snowflake are looking for a driven, hands-on, business-minded individual with a strong technical grounding in the capabilities and functionality of the Salesforce.com platform.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:
- Assist with quote processes and order management operations; including quote generation, pricing requests, discount requests and custom contracts
- Partner with the sales organization to provide training, Salesforce.com help and be a subject matter expert on all sales processes
- Educate our sales organization on deal operations to ensure best practices and corporate policies are followed
- Act as the data steward on behalf of our field sales teams and support them in maintaining accurate territory and opportunity records
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as required in support of Sales organization
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across key stakeholder organizations, such as Sales, Services, Legal, Billing, etc. in support of a quick, efficient, and accurate sales and deal process
- Proactively evolve and improve processes, tools, and automation to increase the effectiveness of sales and operations
ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE :
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations and/or deal desk management, SaaS business experience preferred
- Experience working with Salesforce.com required, admin experience a plus
- Proven ability to build strong, cross-functional working relationships with sales and internal stakeholders
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to execute on multiple tasks and projects that affect the entire company
- Basic knowledge of BI tools a plus (e.g. Tableau)

- BA/BS degree in Operations, Finance, Business or Economics
