- Ability to present data and defend quality decisions to customers and management.
- Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning tools, specifically Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and Production Part Approval Process.
- Experience with RF coaxial connectors, components, and cable assemblies.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems and auditing.
- Lead product failure investigations and cross-functional teams performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive the company's response to customer complaints and lead technical discussions to resolve quality issues.
- Support AS9100 audits and customer surveys, and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions to strengthen the quality management system.
- Provide technical guidance to manufacturing, incoming inspection, and final inspection to resolve active production issues.
- Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
