Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical work experience.
  • Practical experience with 8D, Root Cause and Corrective Action, and Corrective and Preventive Action frameworks.
  • Ability to present data and defend quality decisions to customers and management.
  • Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning tools, specifically Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and Production Part Approval Process.
  • Experience with RF coaxial connectors, components, and cable assemblies.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems and auditing.
Responsibilities
  • Lead product failure investigations and cross-functional teams performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Drive the company's response to customer complaints and lead technical discussions to resolve quality issues.
  • Support AS9100 audits and customer surveys, and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions to strengthen the quality management system.
  • Provide technical guidance to manufacturing, incoming inspection, and final inspection to resolve active production issues.
