Responsibilities
  • Own and grow FIGS’ local community of healthcare professionals through grassroots initiatives, events, partnerships, and ambassador programs.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with influential figures in the healthcare space, from key opinion leaders to rising voices on social.
  • Identify and onboard new brand ambassadors and influencers who authentically represent FIGS in your market.
  • Serve as a cultural translator — ensuring FIGS shows up with authenticity, respect, and relevance in your region.
  • Translate global strategies into region-specific activations that resonate with your market’s unique culture and values.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Brand Creative, Social, Events, Product, and Community to ensure campaigns are cohesive and on-brand.
  • Ensure visual and narrative consistency across all local marketing efforts, in line with FIGS’ global brand guidelines.
  • Own how FIGS shows up in your market, ensuring the brand is expressed in culturally relevant, resonant, and locally authentic ways. Lead the execution of retail, influencer, digital, and social strategies, as well as events—elevating FIGS’ presence and deepening emotional connection with the community.
  • Lead the execution of influencer, ambassador, and surprise-and-delight gifting programs tied to brand and product moments.
  • Source and manage local partners and vendors for creative production, events, and campaign activations.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and ambassador/influencer success, sharing key learnings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with the international digital team and global brand team to ensure market strategies align with overall brand direction while tailoring execution to resonate locally.
  • Stay close to local culture, trends, competitors, and the healthcare landscape — using your insights to inform campaign strategies and creative thinking.
  • Bring bold ideas to the table rooted in local relevance, brand opportunity, and healthcare community needs.]
