Requirements
  • High school graduate, General Education Degree (GED), or currently enrolled in a program if under 18.
  • Follow established Presbyterian Villages policies and procedures, safety policies and procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain common areas, including the lobby, vestibule, hallways, lounges, reception areas, restrooms, storage and supply areas, floors, offices, and elevators; clean and maintain resident apartments and ranch units as assigned or vacated to meet health standards.
  • Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and other waste to disposal areas.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Wash windows, blinds, walls, ceilings, and woodwork as necessary.
  • Replenish bathroom items and wash and disinfect using approved cleaning solutions.
  • Wash and disinfect bathroom and kitchen fixtures and appliances, rails, and push buttons using approved cleaning solutions.
  • Sweep and mop floors.
  • Clean rugs and carpets using spot treatments.
  • Keep storage areas and carts stocked, clean, and tidy.
  • Disinfect equipment and supplies using germicides.
  • Report accurate inventory to the manager or lead to maintain adequate supply levels for replenishment.
  • Attend and participate in appropriate meetings and training to stay informed and develop skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
